1. About This Website

Jump Start Learning Experiences provides information about educational programs, including:

  • Crafting with Mrs. Thomas
  • Jump Start Saturdays
  • Private Tutoring

Program availability, eligibility, schedules, locations, prices, and enrollment requirements may vary.

2. Intended Users

This website is intended for parents, legal guardians, and other adults seeking educational services for children.

Children under 13 should not submit information, register for programs, or use the contact form independently.

By registering a child, you represent that you are the child's parent, legal guardian, or an adult authorized to complete the registration.

3. Website Information

We work to provide accurate and current information. However, schedules, prices, locations, instructors, program content, availability, and policies may change.

Information displayed on a specific registration page, enrollment confirmation, invoice, or written program agreement may control if it conflicts with general website information.

4. Registration

Program registration is completed through Jackrabbit Class.

Registration is not complete until all required information, agreements, and payments have been submitted and the registration has been accepted or confirmed.

Submitting an inquiry through the website contact form does not enroll a child or reserve a space.

5. Third Party Services

Jackrabbit Class and other linked platforms are independent third party services. Their separate terms, privacy policies, payment rules, and technology requirements may apply.

Jump Start Learning Experiences is not responsible for a third party website's availability, security, content, or independent actions.

6. Fees and Payment

Program fees are shown on the applicable program or registration page.

  • Reviewing the correct program, schedule, and price before submitting payment
  • Providing accurate billing information
  • Paying required fees by the applicable deadline
  • Reviewing any processing fees displayed through Jackrabbit

Unless expressly stated otherwise, discounts cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other offers.

7. Cancellations, Refunds, and Missed Classes

Cancellations, refunds, credits, transfers, and missed classes are governed by the policy provided for the applicable program.

8. Attendance and Participation

Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that:

9. Educational Services

Jump Start Learning Experiences provides enrichment, microschool, workshop, crafting, and tutoring services.

Individual results vary. Participation does not guarantee a particular academic result, grade, assessment outcome, school placement, or level of progress.

Website content is provided for general informational purposes and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, diagnostic, legal, or special education advice.

Parents should consult an appropriate qualified professional about a child's individual needs when necessary.

10. Program Changes

Jump Start Learning Experiences may modify, reschedule, relocate, combine, postpone, or cancel a program when reasonably necessary due to enrollment, instructor availability, facility conditions, weather, safety concerns, emergencies, or other circumstances.

When a material change affects a registered family, reasonable efforts will be made to provide notice using the contact information supplied during registration.

Any credit or refund resulting from a cancellation will be determined under the applicable program policy.
